Basic Why and How to...
Enzyme Therapy
Digestion cannot take place without specific enzymes to break down fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Find out why most of our food does not have enzymes and why our body is having trouble making the necessasry enzymes for adequate digestion and assimilation.  The answer to your health problems may be as simple as digesting food with the aid of enzyme therapy.  Enzymes/herb combinations can also be used therapeutically for specific health issues. A recommended resource adjunct to this class is "The Enzyme Cure" by Lita Lee.

Monitoring pHs
This class is vital to our Natural Health Building Regimen because balanced pHs are vital to health. We will clearly present pHs of urine, saliva and various tissues; what those numbers mean and how correcting digestion will balance pHs. You will learn how to monitor your own pHs and what to do if they are too acidic or alkaline.

Gelatin
Why take gelatin?  You will be surprised to discover gelatin is extremely beneficial for much more than hair and fingernails.  You will learn about protein and amino acids and the importance of BALANCE once again. We will discuss the myth of protein shakes, especially whey protein, and the biological stress of eating muscle meats alone. Be informed about protein in order to provide your body with the most vital nutrient to rebuild and repair tissue.
