Energy Concepts' Natural Health Building Program

Our program is a building process and requires a personal commitment to learn and apply basic principles of natural health on a consistent basis. This allows the body's innate healing abilities to take place resulting in lasting energy and vitality and absence of chronic health conditions.

For Energy Concepts program to be most effective, we recommend clients attend and/or purchase the New-trition by Carla educational classes as well as one on one consultation. Ultimately, our clients possess the knowledge and self assessment skills to maintain their own optimal health.

We are available by appointment only, however we schedule most appointments on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Please call when you are ready to begin your journey to natural health.

First Appointment: 1 hour

INTRODUCTORY/ORIENTATION

FIRST APPOINTMENT FEE: $60

*Become acquainted with our practice

*Discuss your health history

*Establish your personal health objectives

*Review Three Day Food Diary

You will need to complete these forms for this appointment:
1. Contract of Authorization
2. Health History
3. Three Day Food Diary

You will receive:

*Natural health suggestions pertinent to your unique health history and objectives

*New Client Packet with Self Assessment Instructions, Anti-inflammatory Eating Plan and other informational handouts

If you desire to participate in our Natural Health Program after this Introduction, you will be asked to schedule your second appointment, usually within a week. We will provide step by step self-assessment instructions for you to do at home before you return.

For long distance clients, the Second Appointment may immediately follow the Introductory Appointment due to traveling issues. Subsequent appointments can be by phone if necessary. We always prefer face to face education, but we are also flexible and want to make your natural health journey as feasible as possible.

Second Appointment: 1 hour

SELF ASSESSMENT AND DIGESTIVE FUNCTION ASSESSMENT (URINALYSIS)

SECOND APPOINTMENT FEE: $75

You will need to complete these forms for this appointment:
1. Updated Three Day Food Diary
2. Self Assessment Record (temperatures, pulses, pHs, blood pressures, breathe hold)

We will:
*Discuss/Review temperatures, pulses and pHs

*Provide explanations and interpretations related to your self assessment results

*Discuss results of your digestive urinalysis

*Assess orthostatic blood pressure if not done at home
*Provide instruction and education on monitoring temperature fluctuations after a meal

*Provide natural health suggestions based on all findings

*Answer questions and address any issues noted on your Food Diary

We may determine at this point that a “mini -challenge” is necessary to pin-point metabolic issues. This involves checking blood sugars in response to a glucose-potassium challenge.

Third Appointment: 1 hour

SELF ASSESSMENT AND URINALYSIS RESULTS REPEATED
THIRD APPOINTMENT FEE: $75

You will need to complete these forms for this appointment:
1. Updated Three Day Food Diary
2. Self Assessment Record
3. After breakfast temperatures (post prandial temperature)

We will:

*Discuss/Review new temperatures, pulses and pHs

*Provide updated explanations and interpretations related to your current self assessment results as compared with past results

*Discuss any changes in your digestive urinalysis

*Reassess orthostatic blood pressure if not done at home

*Provide additional natural health suggestions based on all findings

*Include hormonal support recommendations

*Answer questions and address any issues of your on-going journey

Re-Check Appointments FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS ONLY:

30 minutes to 1 hour

RE-CHECK APPOINTMENT FEE:

Pro-rated $1/minute, except minimum $30

Please note our program changes as we make our transition to a new office setting.

As you can see, the changes apply to new clients entering our program. We believe this program will more effectively support self care while gaining a tremendous education about and appreciation of the amazing human body!
